If anyone read the Strider Manga then they should know that Hiryu's older sister, Mariya, who was the first female
A-Ranked Strider, was brainwashed into going on a RAMPAGE that got TEN of the trainees killed, when it proved too dangerous for normal agents, Hiryu was sent to mercy kill her.

It's possible Strider Vice Director Matic was the one who sent her to the nearest ZAIN Terminal to be a guinea pig as he knew about that wretched Mind Control Project for THREE YEARS, if that's true, then Matic CROSSED THE MORAL EVENT HORIZON, I even think he qualified for the COMPLETE MONSTER Trope.

Notes:
Those two guys holding an unconscious Mariya are B-Ranked Striders, they were hinted to exist given that there's C-Ranked Striders & A-Ranked Striders, I did my own design for these two punks as there didn't seem to be any official designs.

The two guys' names are Wolf(Brown-haired man) & Horn(the silver-haired dude).

Many people believed that there's a rank called "Special A", but that's not the case as it was a translation screw up.

I'd like to have Xiaodi, the dead little brother of my fancharacter Mulan, as one of the trainees who were killed when I get a legimate chance to work on a Strider franchise reboot that combines elements from the manga & NES game while implementing new ideas aswell, and just to make sure, Matic is NOT related to Mulan or Xiaodi despite all three having blonde hair & red eyes, I also darkened Matic's hair & gave him a new shade with red eyes underneath.

Matic's nationality is British.
