She joined Insteaf's crew when the Chaos Virus was unleashed in her home colony.
She never contracted the virus because she was wearing a fully sealed space suit.

New: She'll make her debut by destroying fifteen brand new mobile soldiers(which are sentient mecha) built to help the Galaxy Wolves.

New: I intend to have one redeeming feature established in her first appearance. One where she mentions making a promise with her late adoptive father, Chactar Regaiding, not to kill her adoptive sibling, Togetjer Regaiding, who also happens to be her father's biological son, I fully intend for her to keep that promise.

She happens to be an expy of Yazan Gable( gundam.wikia.com/wiki/Yazan_Ga… ) with traits drawn from fellow expy Rezin Schnyder( gundam.wikia.com/wiki/Rezin_Sc… ).
